How are tutoring sessions organized?
All tutoring sessions are one-on-one and run for an hour (60 minutes) or longer, if requested. Student will work with an experienced specialist in his/her individual area of expertise.
Where do the lessons take place?
Online lessons take place from your own home or school. You need to have a stable internet connection and a laptop or computer with microphone and camera. In-person sessions take place in Czech Technical University Campus, National Library of Technology (NTK) located in Prague 6 or other place upon agreement with your tutor.
Is online tuition reliable?
Yes, online tuition is reliable as long as you have a stable internet connection.
How many lessons per week should I choose?
Number of lessons per week depends on your individual needs. Some students take one lesson per week, other two or more, depending on their actual knowledge of tutored subjects and other personal circumstances.
How much does a tuition session cost?
The cost of tuition session starts at 800 CZK / € 35 per 60 minute session. Please send us an email, or complete an enquiry form (contact) form to find out our tutors availability and actual price that also depends on the subjects and level of subjects tutored.
What are the payment and cancellation policies?
All our tutors follow the same payment and cancellation policies. Payment for the first lesson is paid right after the initial tutoring session. If student (parent) is satisfied with the tutor and tutoring services provided, lessons are then paid on a bi-weekly or monthly basis upfront, based upon an individual agreement with your tutor.
As per cancellation policy, tutoring session must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the arranged session. Students (parents) are required to cancel or reschedule tutoring sessions the can’t attend in regard to 24-hour cancellation policy, otherwise the lesson will be charged in full.
